We’ve completed another successful production of ‘The Carol’! To those of you who were first-timers, welcome to the ‘Carol Veteran’ family. This page is devoted to hearing your ideas of how we can make ‘The Carol’ better. Please click on comments and share your ideas with us. Also, please feel free to comment on the ARC Christmas Festival. This was our first year at trying something new to include ‘The Carol’ and a variety of other activities. To help us at the ARC with our planning we’d like to hear your visions and dreams for the future. We at the ARC would like to see our facility become the ‘Christmas Festival’ spot in the valley. As usual, my notes are of a practical nature. I want to record them here, so as to be able to access them (IF I remember) in September of 2010.
-Wish List-
1. Build an additional platform behind Scrooge’s bedroom that would allow a safer space for the 3 Christmas’s to exit and enter. (As part of this, change the stairway to a safer arrangement)
2. Re-engineer the elevator for better operation.
3. Build a flat behind Scrooge’s bedroom to replace the black curtain.
4. Add some set pieces or small flats to “soften” the appearance of the set, specifically to mask some of the hard lines and angles.
